Through Rosario Ibarra de Piedra, the social activist, we have received your invitation for a group of zapatista delegates to attend a welcoming activity in the halls of the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District on March 16, 1999, along with Dr. Pablo Gonzalez Casanova, Dr. Luis Javier Garrido and Dona Rosario Ibarra de Piedra, and to a dinner following the activity at Samborns of Los Azulejos.
